Butterfly Rose Oldham had a pet dog named Kyla, a dog of German Shepherd breed. Unfortunately, her pet passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2018.

She had adopted Kyla on her 8th birthday. Her pet was put to sleep peacefully rather than making her suffer more. She had “arthritis, cancer, and fluid draining into her abdomen.”
On Tuesday, 15 May 2018 our beloved German Shepherd, Kyla passed away. Due to pain from arthritis, cancer, and fluid draining into her abdomen our sweet Kyla could not even stand during the last few days of her life. We found it was the best choice to help her transition peacefully rather than making her suffer more.
Prior to her death, Butterfly and her family adopted a new dog, Miles. They also have a pet cat named, Skye.
Relationship of Her Parents
Butterfly Rose Oldham’s parents, Maurice Oldham and Kimberly Elise walked down the aisle on April 21, 1989, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They married after dating for a few months.
Unfortunately, after 16 years of marriage, on September 29, 2005, the pair separated. They parted ways because of conflicts and misunderstandings.
Their mother, Kimberly is currently dating a Chicago motivational speaker, Kevin Johnson.
Father’s Death
Butterfly Rose Oldham lost her dad on May 21, 2007, at the age of 48. He passed away after suffering a heavy blood clot. His memorial service was organized at Agape International Spiritual Center 9 days later.
Her father, who was born on December 30, 1958, was a photographer and the owner of MTalent Photography. Though he was a photographer, he had an MBA degree from Atlanta University.
