Country Music Singer, Garth Brooks says his youngest daughter, Allie Colleen Brooks Roberts reminds him of famous singer, Kelly Clarkson.
Garth recently appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show episode titled Songs and Stories with Kelly and Garth, and spoke about his daughter’s career. On Monday, September 6, Kelly posted their interview video on YouTube. The interview was taken in 2020.
In the interview, Garth reveals how his daughter reminds him of Kelly and that both of them could sing anything.
You, two guys, remind me scarily of each other because one, both of you can sing anything, but what kills me is neither of you seems to ever wear out. It’s like two o’clock in the morning, and she’s still talking.
Clarkson agreed and revealed that she was also called a chatterbox by her makeup artist.
Allie recently released her 11-track collection, Stones. She released her album and also physical copies. She also uploaded her songs to popular streaming sites such as Pandora, Spotify, Deezer, and Apple Music.
It’s a combination of old business and new. There is no map to this business, I’m just trying to make my name and place truly my own.
Allie talks about the business side of the music industry.
Besides talking about Allie, Garth also spoke about how musicians were craving human interaction. He was all teary when talking about live music. He thanked the virtual audience for being there for him all the time.
