Kelley Phleger was born on June 22, 1969, to Jean Phleger and Atherton Macondray Phleger. Her full name is Mary Kelley Phleger. Her father was a lawyer and a board member of the financial services company, Wells Fargo.

Married Life with Don Johnson
Kelley Phleger exchanged vows with Don Johnson on April 29, 1999, at the Pacific Heights mansion of Ann and Gordon Getty. On their big day, actor Robert Wagner served as the best man while Mayor Willie Brown officiated the ceremony.
