Meghan Payton was born to Sean Payton and his ex-wife, Beth Shuey. They married on July 11, 1992. The duo first met at college in 1990.
Sean and Beth couldn’t hold on to their relationship and got separated in 2012. Sean filed for divorce on June 13, 2012, in Tarrant County citing a “conflict of personalities” as the reason. Both were given joint custody of their kids but Beth became the primary custodian after she filed a petition requesting primary custody.
After their divorce, Meghan’s dad married Skylene Montgomery on November 8, 2020. As for her mother, she walked down the aisle with Jamie McGuire on September 20, 2020.
