Relationship with Patty Duke
Michael Tell married Patty Duke on June 26, 1970, during her manic phase. Mike had been leasing her apartment during that time. The marriage came after the actress found out about her pregnancy.

Tell and Duke was a married couple for only 13 days. They annulled their matrimony on July 9, 1970.
Post-Divorce
After divorcing Michael, Patty married the Addams Family star, John Astin, in 1972. They welcomed son Mackenzie Astin a year later on May 12, 1973. Their relationship ended 13 years later.

A year after that, Duke walked down the aisle with her fourth husband, Michael Pearce. The duo met on the sets of A Time to Triumph. They were together until her in 2016.
Before her marriage to Michael Tell, Patty was married to Harry Falk Jr., her first husband. They were married for two years. After their divorce, she dated Desi Arnaz Jr.

Biological Father of Sean Astin
Several months after her divorce from Michael Tell, Patty Duke gave birth to her first child, Sean Duke Astin on February 25, 1971.

In early 1970, Patty dated three men simultaneously; Desi Arnaz Jr., John Astin, and Michael Tell. As already mentioned, the actress decided to marry Tell only because she found out about her pregnancy and hence, their marriage was annulled quite quickly.
When Sean was born, Patty claimed it was John’s instead of Michael’s. However, 14 years later, she again changed her statement and called Desi Jr. his real father. Sean and Desi started bonding in a father-son relationship soon after.
The story, however, doesn’t end like this! When Sean was in his 20s, a relative of Tell told him they were somehow related. Sean, confused, then underwent a DNA paternity test and when the results came out, guess what, Tell was his father all along.
Desi Arnaz, Jr. loves me, and I love him. We are so close. Science tells me that he’s not my biological father. Science tells me that Mike Tell is.
Talking to ABC in 2004, Sean revealed that he had a great relationship with all three of his fathers.
Death of Patty Duke
Patty Duke died at 69 at 1:20 am on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at a hospital in Couer dÁlene, Idaho, USA. She died of a ruptured intestine. Her ashes were buried at the Forest Cemetery in Coeur dÁlene.
He became her 40-year project, and she finally in her life had a protector. And so she showed him the world and he took care of her and until this morning at 1:20 they were connected with a bond that is impossible to describe.
