Erin grew up with her three siblings, Reed Paul, Eve, and Lisa Nicole Brennan-Jobs. She is the granddaughter of Paul and Clara Jobs. Her step-mom is Marilyn Jobs.

Relationship of Her Parents

Her parents, Steve Jobs and Laurene Powell Jobs married on March 18, 1991, in a Buddhist ceremony at Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite National Park. The duo walked down the aisle in front of 50 families and friends.

The duo first met in 1989 when Jobs gave a lecture at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. The couple started dating and on New Year’s Day of 1990, the duo got engaged.

Steve and Laurene were together until his demise in 2011.

Father’s Death

Erin Jobs’ father, Steve Jobs passed away at the age of 56. He had lost consciousness a day before and died at 3 P.M. on October 5, 2011, due to respiratory arrest which resulted from a relapse in the pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor.

His funeral was held on October 7, 2011. He is buried at Alta Mesa Memorial Park in Palo Alto.

Her eldest sibling, Lisa Brennan-Jobs was born on May 17, 1978, with Steve’s former partner, Chrisann Brennan. They had an on-off relationship in the ’70s.

Steve denied paternity of Lisa in the beginning; however, after a legal case and DNA paternity test, it was proved that he was her biological father. The father-daughter duo reconciled and was on good terms at the time of his death.

Lisa is currently an American writer. She published her childhood memoir, Small Fry in 2018. As for her personal life, she is married to her husband, Bill, and has three children, a son and two stepdaughters.

Erin’s brother, Reed Paul Jobs was born on September 22, 1991, in Palo Alto, California. He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Arts from Stanford University. Reed has been the managing director of Emerson Collective since September 2015.

Eve is an experienced equestrian who trains at her $15 million ranch in Wellington, Florida. She dated Mexican showjumper, Eugenio Garza Perez.

Net Worth of Erin Jobs

Steve Jobs had a net worth of around $10.2 billion at the time of his death. His widow, Laurene Powell Jobs inherited his wealth which now adds up to $24 billion.

However, none of the Jobs’ children will receive the $24 billion fortune. Erin’s mom says she isn’t interested in passing down her fortune to her children.

I’m not interested in legacy wealth buildings, and my children know that. Steve wasn’t interested in that. If I live long enough, it ends with me.
